Before confirming a booking or making a payment, Users must:
•carefully review the Provider’s cancellation and refund terms

Aurion Panama shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from a User’s failure to review Provider-specific policies.
Unless otherwise specified by the Provider:
•cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the Provider
•deadlines, penalties, or eligibility are determined exclusively by the Provider
 
Aurion Panama does not guarantee approval of any cancellation request.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise:
•all refund arrangements must be resolved between the User and the Provider
•Aurion Panama does not issue refunds and does not manage payment transactions
 
Refund timelines and payment methods depend on the Provider’s policies and the payment system used.

Any disagreements concerning refunds, cancellations, or service fulfillment must be addressed directly between the User and the Provider.

Aurion Panama is not obligated to mediate disputes but may, at its discretion, facilitate communication or review reported concerns.

Conditions related to no-shows, missed appointments, or late cancellations are defined solely by the Provider and may result in:
•partial reimbursement
•non-refundable charges
 
Aurion Panama bears no responsibility for such determinations.
Users acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with the Provider may lead to:
•temporary account limitations
•suspension of access to the Platform
 
Chargeback procedures are handled by the relevant payment provider and the Provider, not by Aurion Panama.
