These Payment Terms (“Terms”) regulate any payment-related interactions conducted through aurionpanama.com between users (“Users”), service providers (“Providers”), and Aurion Panama (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

•does not act as a payment processor
•is not the merchant of record
•does not collect, hold, or control customer funds
 
Payments for services are arranged and executed directly between Users and Providers.
Providers are exclusively responsible for:
•establishing prices and payment conditions
•collecting and confirming payments
•issuing invoices, receipts, or confirmations
•managing cancellations and refunds
•complying with applicable financial and tax regulations
 
Aurion Panama does not guarantee payment completion or service delivery.
The Platform may reference, integrate, or redirect to external payment systems (such as banks, gateways, or digital wallets).
 
Use of such services is governed by the respective third-party terms and policies.
 
Aurion Panama bears no responsibility for:
•declined or failed transactions
•processing delays
•chargebacks
•actions or omissions of third-party payment providers
Aurion Panama may charge Providers fees related to:
•listing publication or subscription plans
•promotional placements or enhanced visibility
•advertising services
•future transaction-based or commission features
 
All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before they apply.
Aurion Panama reserves the right to implement expanded payment solutions in the future, which may include:
•escrow or holding arrangements
•commission-based models
•integrated checkout systems
 
Such features, if introduced, will be governed by separate payment conditions requiring explicit acceptance.
Unless otherwise specified:
•refund and cancellation terms are determined solely by the Provider
•Aurion Panama does not process refunds or enforce cancellation policies
 
Users must address refund requests directly with the relevant Provider.

Any payment disputes, claims, or chargebacks must be resolved directly between Users and Providers.

Aurion Panama does not mediate financial disputes but may provide communication tools at its discretion.

Providers are solely responsible for:
•calculating and collecting applicable taxes
•remitting taxes to the appropriate authorities
•complying with all relevant fiscal and regulatory obligations
 
Aurion Panama does not offer tax advisory services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurion Panama shall not be liable for:
•financial losses related to payments
•failed or delayed transactions
•disputes between Users and Providers
•indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Aurion Panama may revise these Payment Terms at any time.

Continued use of aurionpanama.com after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Payment Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
