Provider Agreement

This Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Aurion Panama (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and any individual, company, or legal entity (“Provider”, “you”) that publishes or promotes services, accommodations, experiences, or other offerings through aurionpanama.com.

By creating a Provider account or submitting a listing, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with this Agreement.

Collected information may be used to:
•operate and support the website
•register and administer user accounts
•facilitate communication between users and service providers
•enhance platform functionality and user experience
•maintain security and prevent misuse or fraud
•meet legal and regulatory obligations

Aurion Panama operates exclusively as an independent online marketplace and digital technology platform that enables visibility and communication between users and Providers.

Aurion Panama does not own, control, manage, or directly deliver the services advertised by Providers unless explicitly stated.

By registering as a Provider, you confirm and warrant that:
•you are legally authorized to offer the advertised services
•you possess all necessary licenses, permits, registrations, and approvals
•your activities comply with applicable local, national, and international legislation
The Provider bears full responsibility for:
•the accuracy and legality of all published information
•the quality, safety, and delivery of services
•pricing policies, availability, cancellations, and refunds
•compliance with consumer protection laws, tax regulations, immigration rules, and other applicable requirements
 
Aurion Panama assumes no responsibility for the Provider’s operational obligations.
Providers may upload descriptions, photographs, pricing details, availability calendars, and other materials (“Provider Content”).
 
By submitting such materials, you confirm that:
•you own the content or have lawful rights to use it
•the information is truthful, current, and not deceptive
•the content does not violate intellectual property or other third-party rights
 
Aurion Panama reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or remove listings at its sole discretion.

The Platform may enhance listings using legally obtained public information.

Providers acknowledge that such supplementary information may appear alongside their listings and may request corrections if inaccuracies are identified.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
•all agreements are concluded directly between the Provider and the user
•Aurion Panama is not a contracting party to any transaction
•Providers are solely responsible for invoicing, payment processing, and tax compliance

Aurion Panama may introduce service fees for listings, advertising placements, subscriptions, promotional tools, or other monetization features.

Any applicable charges will be communicated separately and transparently.

Providers agree not to:
•publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information
•misrepresent qualifications, services, or pricing
•use the Platform for unlawful purposes
•circumvent Platform policies by soliciting users in violation of established rules

Users may leave ratings and reviews regarding Provider services.

Aurion Panama does not guarantee removal of reviews unless they clearly violate platform rules or applicable laws.

Aurion Panama may suspend or terminate a Provider’s access or listings if:
•information is inaccurate or misleading
•repeated complaints or disputes occur
•legal or compliance risks are identified
•this Agreement is breached
 
No compensation shall be payable for suspended or removed listings.
Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurion Panama from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
•the Provider’s services or conduct
•inaccurate or unlawful listings
•regulatory or legal violations
•disputes with users or third parties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurion Panama shall not be liable for:
•performance or non-performance of Provider services
•loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
•indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Providers operate as independent contractors.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Provider and Aurion Panama.

Aurion Panama reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of aurionpanama.com after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
